Apply it and wipe it clean.
Avoid soaps with lots of dyes and fragrances. Mop the entire marble or granites floor. Damp mop the black granite tiles every few days on a regular basis. If your granite is just a little dirty first try cleaning it with warm distilled water and some mild dish soap.
Check yearly for sealing. Add a few drops of mild cleanser to the water. Sweep the entire floor with a soft broom. For this process fill a bucket with warm water.
Harsh chemicals can leave noticeable streaks and or change the color of your granite as well as make it feel grainy. You can however use the dusting brush attachment on your vacuum to clean corners and around baseboards. Dilute a few drops of the soap in a bucket of water wringing a soft cloth to remove excess water before each wipe of the granite tile. In general granite surfaces should be cleaned with soft cotton cloths or clean rag mops along with neutral cleaners mild liquid dishwashing detergent and water or cleaners made specifically for granite.
For this you have to clean the floor with a broom or you can also use a vacuum cleaner to remove all the dust particles from the granite floor. Daily cleaning you can quickly maintain your counter with about 60 seconds of cleaning every day. Black granite shows scratches more easily than other types of granite so extra care should be taken with its cleaning. Use a soft clean mop and then wipe the floors using short and gentle strokes.
Standing water can stain granite if left too long. Use hot water to wash it clean on a daily basis.
