When the syringe is empty the carpet is pushed back down. Use pliers to gently lift the carpet off the subfloor at the midpoint of the bubble. To reduce the likelihood of your carpet buckling in humid conditions run your air conditioning during the summer months.

The syringe full of glue pierces the center of the bubble and deposits glue all around. If carpet bubbles appear soon after hiring a carpet cleaning service then you can assume that the company is to blame.
